Just finished my Christmas lunch, that I had to fucking organise this year, only had the 2 beers so far, not bad for a “pisshead” turned a bit cool in Sydney so no afternoon swim as I had planned, will watch a doco on the French Foreign Legion instead.
Roll on Boxing Day, at least there will be some football and cricket to look forward too.
Ho fucking ho.

I tend to agree.
It's the advertisers way of getting you to buy shit that their clients have over-produced, with the added bonus that you don't even need to keep it yourself, but can pass it straight on to someone in a (sales) propaganda inspired act of apparent affection.
My friends and family can wish me as many happy Christmases as they so desire but know that should they spend money doing so will disappoint me greatly and completely negate the sentiment those wishes carry.
It may have actually cost a fortune, but it's worth fuck all.
